Walker began her life in the year 1976, and was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. She is a native American born with African American roots. She is the daughter of Harvey Welker a Native American father, and Julie Welker an African-American mother. The father of the family is an engineer while her mother works as a realtor.
